The Orient Captain FTT11003W Has Set Sail!

And that’s actually saying a lot.
Yes, the key difference lies in the fact that the dial of the TT11003W is white, as opposed to black. However, there are little details that make this watch extraordinary. It all starts with the base color of the dial, which is actually metallic white and features a rich sun burst effect. The sub dials for the seconds and chronograph seem to be stamped or ingrained into the dial with a pearl finish. The Captain’s sub dials also display a sun burst styling, similar to the rest of the dial. The tachymeter chapter ring is a bit metallic in color as well, and the culmination of all these effects make the watch glimmer at all angles. This is not common for sport watches (and there aren’t many white automatic sport watches that exist, either).
In addition to all the black text, the lumed hour markers are outlined in black in order to enhance visibility. The unidirectional bezel features a high gloss insert with silver accents that matches the stainless steel color. The bezel pip at the top is also fairly large, which plays to the size proportion to the piece as a whole.
